On Friday Melody graduated from Vallivue High School. She is the last Bruce and Brenda Pittard kid to walk the halls of Vallivue. It's pretty crazy to think that there has been a Pittard at Vallivue High School from 1992 (I think that is when Matthew started) to now, 2009, that is 17 straight years! Graduation was a lot of fun, all the family was there except Mark and Hailey, Matthew and Keri came up from Tucson and Jeremy and Giselle came over from Twin Falls. We all had a ton of fun, on Saturday all of us brothers took Jennifer out to Terminator 3, Jennifer's choice, it was a blast. Saturday night Melody had her graduation party. Melody is sure a cool girl, her senior class named her "Most Inspirational," good choice, she has definitely been a huge inspiration to all of us.

The Pittard Kids, minus Mark

On Monday we had both Joshua's 3rd birthday party and Lucy's 1st birthday party. It was a lot of fun, for whatever reason all of the nephews love trains, so Joshua had a train party at the Caldwell park. Sarah made a really fun CD full of Thomas the Train songs. Jeremy and Giselle even had a pinata for the kids to smash on. Being there at the Caldwell park sure brought back a lot of good memories of family picnics we had there. In the summer time growing up we would often meet Dad at the park and have Albertson's chicken and french bread.......good times.

OK, so for Lucy's birthday we went over to settler's park in Meridian. The place was pretty cool with a lot of fun stuff for kids to play on. It was however, crazy packed with people, so that part wasn't very fun. Overall, this memorial day weekend was wonderful, family, good food, and fun.
